I’m really impressed with City Ride Pest Control. I had a serious scorpion problem at my house, and the difference after they came out was almost immediate. These guys know what they’re doing.

What makes it even better is the pricing and service. I was previously paying nearly twice as much for pest control and getting nowhere near the results or attention I’m getting now. City Ride’s pricing is excellent, there’s no contract, and they do a ton of homes throughout my neighborhood, which is actually how I heard about them.

Great people, great service, great price, and most importantly — they took care of the problem. Really glad I found these guys. Easy five stars.

This was the first time we had pest control service from City wide pest control company. Technician Steve, texted us one day before our service date and time saying that he will be coming at 7 AM. As promised, he was at our home exactly at 7 AM,
He explained to us what he was going to do. He did service our home from both inside and out side. He did not rush. Very friendly and hardworking gentleman.
The company’s office staff was also very friendly

Very affordable service
Recommend this company without any reservations.

Al Gallagher our technician is EXCELLENT! He is very customer service oriented and goes the extra mile to resolve problems. Recently he resolved an issue of pack rats that invaded our patio. He went above and beyond until he was comfortable that the pests would not come back. Traps were set as a precaution. He even checked the neighbors patio to ensure no nests were built over there. Al is always happy working and truly makes his customers part of his team. Key is he always listens very carefully. We are very thankful that Al helped us out and we know he will be ready to assist if any other problems arise.

We were informed that Mr. Al Gallagher, our City Wide Pest Control Technician is going to retire.  It makes us sad since Al has been helping us for about 7 years.  Al is a   friend and has always ensured we were bug and varmint free.  He even recommended various solutions when we had rat infestation.  He never ever left us without resolving an issue.  We will truly miss him when his retirement date arrives.  We wish him the very best on his next adventure.  The Davis' Sun City WestRon

Ray Engels is exceptional! He followed up since I still had sugar ants ~2 weeks from first CIty Wide staff visit. Ray really educated me about the ants, different products to elimate them, how they could be coming into my home, what he saw on his inspectaion in and outside my home. He was so helpful and informative and very friendly and professional. And NO ants since his visit on July 30. He is a true asset to your team at CIty Wide!

Long time customer of City Wide. The service we receive from Al is nothing short of perfect. Always attentive and very thorough and friendly. Al is truly family just like Steven before and Jack before that. We cannot recommend this company enough and especially Al.
